IPC-The Hospitalist Company Announces Continued Growth in Colorado with Acquisition of Hospitalist Practice in Pueblo

IPC–The Hospitalist Company announced today the continued expansion of its Colorado practice group with the acquisition of Hospitalists of Pueblo, LLC of Pueblo, Colorado.

North Hollywood, Calif., June 13, 2007 – IPC–The Hospitalist Company announced today the continued expansion of its Colorado practice group with the acquisition of Hospitalists of Pueblo, LLC of Pueblo, Colorado. The acquired practice includes eight hospital medicine physicians and two nurse practitioners. Currently, the clinicians provide hospitalist services to St. Mary-Corwin Medical Center and Parkview Medical Center, the two acute care facilities serving the Pueblo community and beyond including southern Colorado and New Mexico.
