IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. (IPC) today announced that it has signed an exclusive contract with Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson, Arizona for all hospitalist services.

North Hollywood, Calif., October 24, 2007 – IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. (IPC) today announced that it has signed an exclusive contract with Carondelet St. Mary’s Hospital in Tucson, Arizona for all hospitalist services. An acute care hospital with 370 beds, St. Mary’s Hospital is a member of the Carondelet Health Network and the Ascension Hospital System.

IPC physicians have enjoyed a successful relationship with Carondelet St. Mary’s since 2000. The current hospitalist program, led by Dr. Doug Bischoff, has 15 hospitalist physicians.
