IPC The Hospitalist Company, Inc. (IPC) announced today that it has entered the mid-Atlantic marketplace in affiliation with Hospitalists of Delaware in the Wilmington, Delaware area.

(IPC) announced today that it has entered the mid-Atlantic marketplace in affiliation with Hospitalists of Delaware in the Wilmington, Delaware area. The practice includes 18 full-time hospital medicine physicians and several physician extenders. The group provides a full range of hospitalist services to a number of leading acute care and skilled nursing facilities in the region.
Founded in 1999, Hospitalists of Delaware has grown rapidly and is now one of the largest hospitalist practices in Delaware. The three leaders of the hospitalist group, Drs. Robert Brus, Shaun Patel, and Steve Cozamanis attribute their track record of success to their forward-thinking, entrepreneurial spirit.
