Timothy Lary joined the IPC team as Vice President of Physician Staffing in September 2004. In this position, he directs the physician recruitment and retention strategies for the organization. Tim came to IPC with more than 15 years of recruitment experience, the last 11 being focused exclusively in healthcare. He is an authority on a wide range of healthcare staffing and business issues, including compensation, contracts, staffing strategies and regulatory issues.

Prior to joining IPC, Tim was with US Oncology, a national cancer care company, where he helped grow the network from 240 physicians in 1997 to more than 900 by 2004. Previously, he worked as a consultant with The Rottman Group, a healthcare recruiting firm focused on building and developing management teams within private and public hospitals and healthcare systems. Tim’s background also includes recruiting experiences in the energy and telecommunications industries.

Tim earned his bachelor’ degree in business administration, with a concentration in economics, from Harding University.
