John Geanes' career spans 30 years in healthcare administration and also in business development for companies that sell to or service healthcare organizations. John served as CEO for multi-unit health systems such as South Miami Health System and Shannon Health System, a fully-integrated delivery system in Texas. Most recently he served as vice-president of business development for RMS Services, a specialty contract management firm which transitions healthcare systems from manual, paper-driven records to electronic, paperless programs. John received his undergraduate education from Elon College in North Carolina, where he received a Bachelor in Business Administration. His hospital administration education was completed at the Duke Endowment Program in Charlotte, N.C. John also studied the British National Health Service at the King’s Fund College of Hospital Administration in London, for Duke University and the South Carolina Hospital Association. -

Chrishelle Roque joined IPC in August 2009 when IPC acquired a Tampa Bay Area Hospitialist Company. She has 16 years of experience in the health service industry. She began her career in healthcare as a clinical nurse working in the hospital setting in various areas of care including orthopedics, labor and delivery and NICU. The last 8 years she has worked at Alliance Home health Care as the Director of Wellness and Business Development. -

Debi Barnes joined IPC in January 2005, participating in the initial development of the Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida and Ocala markets. She has over 15 years experience in the medical field with earlier careers in respiratory therapy and operations administration for an orthopedic surgical group. Prior to joining IPC, Debi worked as a marketing director for a local area business where she specialized in new product launches and startup of new market operations. -

Moira Hasbrouck joined IPC in February 2005 as Director of Business Development. Moira has over 16 years of hospital experience to include marketing, business development and credentialing. Prior to joining IPC, she was manager of medical affairs at Helen Ellis Memorial Hospital in Tarpon Springs, Florida. Moira earned her Bachelor of Arts at Florida State University and is certified as CPMSS (Certified Profossional, Medical Staff Services)and CPCS (Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist). -

Danette Kuzel joined IPC in August 2009 and is liaison between IPC and contracted health plans. She is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, hospitalists and PCPs in the Tampa Region. Prior to joining our company, Ms. Kuzel was the Executive Assistant and Project Manager for 9 years to the Chairman/CEO of The Adult Care Group, Inc. in Largo FL. She was responsible for daily administration and project management for the multiple divisions including Assisted Living, SNFs, Senior Housing communities, Real Estate Development, and a not-for-profit Military Museum. She worked for AMC Theatres Corporate offices in Clearwater FL from 1981 to 2000 as their Advertising Manager as liaison and negotiated advertising costs with all film studios, movie theatres and newspapers.

Vince has gained experience with a wide variety of management styles, sales processes and marketing programs throughout his career; his experience includes developing and implementing sales training programs for branch managers. Vince received his bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is an active member of ASPR.
