- Education. Spokane has four public school districts and is also home to a number of public and private universities.
- Real Estate. Housing costs in Spokane are significantly lower than the Washington State average, with options including everything from townhomes and condos to single-family homes and riverfront estates.
- Family. Spokane is large enough to have many amenities of larger cities, but small enough to support annual events and traditions and boast a small town atmosphere that’s especially welcoming to families.
- Culture. Spokane’s cultural attractions include several museums, a major civic theater and several smaller ones, a symphony, jazz orchestra, opera house, and vibrant arts scene.
- Recreation. There’s no shortage of recreational activities for Spokane residents, as the city is close to dozens of lakes and rivers for swimming, boating, rafting and fishing, and mountains for skiing, hiking and biking.

Steve Peterson joined IPC in July 2004 after nearly two decades working in the Las Vegas healthcare market. Before his arrival at IPC, Steve held positions as a hospital CEO and executive with several other diverse healthcare businesses including an EMS provider and large health insurance company. In addition to managing the Las Vegas market for IPC, Steve is also responsible for IPC's practice operations in Northern California. He holds both undergraduate and graduate degrees from The Indiana University School of Medicine and was previously certified as a nuclear medicine and x-ray technologist. Steve has extensive experience working with physician providers, payers, hospitals and government regulators.

Vince Pope, the Managing Director of Physician Staffing, worked with IPC's Dallas region for three years as Director of Business Development before joining the physician staffing team. Before joining IPC, he spent seven years as a workforce consultant in the staffing industry, with a primary focus of strengthening and developing client relationships by delivering innovative solutions to their staffing challenges. Vince has gained experience with a wide variety of management styles, sales processes and marketing programs throughout his career; his experience includes developing and implementing sales training programs for branch managers. Vince received his bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is an active member of ASPR.
