Skip Strauchman joined IPC in April 2006 and is responsible for IPC's growth, development and ongoing operations in Michigan and Ohio. Most recently, Skip worked as an independent consultant, involved in strategic initiatives on behalf of both the Karmanos Cancer Institute and St. John's Hospital and Medical Center, both in Detroit. Previously, he served in an administrative capacity for Bon Secours Cottage Health Services in Grosse Pointe and immediately prior served as president and chief executive officer of SinaiCare Physician Hospital Organization in Detroit. Skip holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University in Rochester. He is a member of both the American Academy of Medical Administrators and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. -

Dale Duda joined IPC in November 2005. Dale received a Master in Business Administration from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan in 1990. He has over 20 years of experience in hospital finance and administration and most recently was the director of finance for Michigan Hospitalists. Dale is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. -

Janice Young joined IPC as Director of Business Development in January 2006. In this capacity, she is responsible for practice expansion, payer strategies and physician alliance development. Prior to joining IPC, Janice served as the director of business development for Metro Hospitalists P.C, a medical practice group that specialized in hospitalized patients. At Metro Hospitalists P.C, Janice was responsible for strategic planning, contracting and credentialing, compliance and practice assessment. Janice has over 17 years of hospital and physician management experience. -

Sue Van, R.N., joined IPC as Director of Business Development in April 2006. Prior to joining IPC, Sue served 15 years as the physician liaison at Mount Clemens Regional Medical Center. Her wide range of experience as an R.N. extends from med/surg to ER, and lastly management in endoscopy.
