  John Geanes' career spans 30 years in healthcare administration and also in business development for companies that sell to or service healthcare organizations. John served as CEO for multi-unit health systems such as South Miami Health System and Shannon Health System, a fully-integrated delivery system in Texas. Most recently he served as vice-president of business development for RMS Services, a specialty contract management firm which transitions healthcare systems from manual, paper-driven records to electronic, paperless programs.  John received his undergraduate education from Elon College in North Carolina, where he received a Bachelor in Business Administration. His hospital administration education was completed at the Duke Endowment Program in Charlotte, N.C. John also studied the British National Health Service at the King’s Fund College of Hospital Administration in London, for Duke University and the South Carolina Hospital Association.

  Roger joined IPC Houston as Director of Business Development in 2001 and was promoted to Managing Director of IPC San Antonio in 2008. With over 25 years of experience in health care, he has exposure to a variety of roles with payers as well as providers. Prior to joining IPC, Roger was the administrator and president for two Houston area IPA’s involving over 300 physicians. His experience also includes startup of a statewide physician-owned network of ophthalmologists and optometrists as well as hospital administration. He received his bachelor's degree from St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas and his master’s degree from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

  Allen Garcia joined IPC in November 2005 and has 9 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining IPC, Allen held several executive management positions throughout Texas including assistant vice president of managed care for Cook Childrens Healthcare System in Ft. Worth, Texas and regional director for FPA Medical Management based in San Antonio, Texas. Allen's professional background pertains to financial analysis, healthcare contracting and negotiation, provider relations and network development. Allen earned his Master of Science in Finance in 1991 and a post-masters certification in Health Organization Management in 1992, both from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Texas. Allen also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Mary's University in San Antonio where he matriculated in 1988.

  Anna-Lisa Solis joined IPC in April 2003 with over 16 years experience in the healthcare industry.  Anna-Lisa’s experience in healthcare includes credentialing, office manager, claims supervisor, marketing and quality management.  Prior to joining IPC, Anna-Lisa was affiliated with Hospitalist of San Antonio also known as HOSA, which merged with IPC in 2003.  She also has 9 years of managed care and healthcare marketing experience with Prudential Healthcare and Aetna Healthcare.

  Kevin Primeaux joined IPC in February 2006 with over 18 years of healthcare experience. Kevin’s experience in healthcare has included credentialing, marketing, contracting, billing, coding, collections, quality management and clinical nursing.  Prior to joining IPC, Kevin was the practice administrator for a local comprehensive outpatient rehab facility and sleep study clinic. Kevin is currently involved with the local medical society, home health agencies and medical staff organizations. He served in the U.S. Army for 8 years. He is also a graduate of the Academy of Health Sciences at Fort Sam Houston, Texas.

Vince Pope, a Regional Manager of Physician Staffing, worked with IPC’s Dallas region for three years as Director of Business Development before joining the physician staffing team. Before joining IPC, he spent seven years as a workforce consultant in the staffing industry, with a primary focus of strengthening and developing client relationships by delivering innovative solutions to their staffing challenges. Vince has gained experience with a wide variety of management styles, sales processes and marketing programs throughout his career; his experience includes developing and implementing sales training programs for branch managers. Vince received his bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is an active member of ASPR.
