Pueblo is a friendly and culturally diverse city located in southern Colorado on the Arkansas River, east of the Rocky Mountains. A "Preserve America" community, Pueblo exudes small-town charm throughout, including on its riverwalk, extensive trail system, industrial park, and revitalized downtown.

  1. Education. Pueblo City Schools is one of the few high-performing school districts as measured by the Colorado Department of Education.
  2. Real Estate. Pueblo offers a cost of living below the national average, and that includes the cost of housing, which is significantly lower than in more metropolitan Denver.
  3. Family. Family life is important in Pueblo, as reflected by its award-winning children's museum, 25-acre zoo and wide variety of activities focused on children.

    Richard Stull II joined IPC in April 2003 as a 38 year healthcare professional. Richard has served in a variety of leadership positions in healthcare provider organizations and local, state and national hospital association and advisory boards. He served as executive vice president/chief operating officer as well as director of The Pediatrix Medical Group, Inc. and served a 23 year career with the North Broward Hospital District, the nation’s third largest public, not for profit hospital system. This included leadership as the system's president/CEO for six years. He has also served on over 30 community, philanthropic and social service boards. Richard is a Fellow in the American College of Healthcare Administrators. He holds a Certificate in Hospital Administration from Charlotte Memorial Hospital/Duke Endowment and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Central Methodist College.

    Tina Gage joined IPC in June 2007 with over 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. Ken Macpherson joined IPC as a Regional Manager of Physician Staffing in 2005, bringing more than 25 years of healthcare sales and recruiting experience with him.

Ken’s background includes provider relations and recruiting experience with Memorial Hermann Continuing Care Corporation and Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center, both based in Houston. Prior to entering the staffing side of healthcare, he had a highly successful career within the pharmaceutical industry as a senior hospital sales executive with Zeneca Pharmaceuticals for 19 years. Ken received a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from Wichita State University and a master’s degree in healthcare administration from Texas Woman’s University. He is an active member in ACHE, HFMA, ASPR and the MGMA.
