Penny Dickerson joined IPC in April 2007. Life comes full circle, as Penny returns home to East Tennessee after an absence of 25 years. Penny is a healthcare marketing and sales professional with a nursing/teaching background who has worked both domestically and internationally. Her experience includes working with psychiatrists, ophthalmic surgeons and family medicine. Penny is an RN who earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from East Tennessee State University. The greatest strengths she brings to IPC include organization, professional relations and creativity.
