Prior to joining IPC, Inc., Louis spent 22 years starting, growing, acquiring and managing businesses primarily in the fields of employee benefits, physician/hospital consulting, operations and human resources. He has spoken at numerous seminars and conferences on a variety of topics ranging from customer service to business operations to understanding the impact of specific legislation, such as HIPAA. He has also served as an expert witness in cases involving self-funded health insurance plans. He graduated from the University of Virginia at Wise with a Business Administration degree with a focus in accounting.
