From 1984 to 1988, Livingston was the site of the Grand Prix tennis circuit tournament, which was succeeded by the ATP Tour; Andre Aggasi was the 1988 champion.

    Executive Director Edwin L. Crandell joined IPC in December 1999 and brings with him over 20 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining IPC, Ed was the director of operations for CORDA Medical Care, Inc. and was responsible for the management and operations of several large cardiology practices in the Western United States. From 1993 to 1998, Ed was vice president of Dallas-based EmCare, Inc., and provided physician recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, billing and contract management services for hospital emergency departments in Arizona, California, Mississippi and throughout Texas.  While with Houston-based D. Peterson & Associates, Ed provided marketing and strategic planning consulting to hospitals, physicians, and a local hospital council. Ed was selected to represent 105 hospitals in the Houston area to serve as the 1991 Congressional Fellow in Washington D.C. He served as healthcare legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator with seniority on the Senate Labor and Senate Finance Committees. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Texas A&M University and a Master in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.

    Tricia Franzi joined IPC in September 2009 with 17 years experience in the healthcare field. Tricia began her career in healthcare as a sales representative for a major pharmaceutical company. She was a contract specialist for managed healthcare, and developed sales strategies and marketing tools to increase market presence for a start- up company. Prior to joining IPC, Tricia was a Public Relations Specialist for a Fertility Practice and focused on strengthening and developing relationships with referring physicians. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from Montclair State University.

Vince Pope, a Regional Manager of Physician Staffing, worked with IPC's Dallas region for three years as Director of Business Development before joining the physician staffing team. Before joining IPC, he spent seven years as a workforce consultant in the staffing industry, with a primary focus of strengthening and developing client relationships by delivering innovative solutions to their staffing challenges. Vince has gained experience with a wide variety of management styles, sales processes and marketing programs throughout his career; his experience includes developing and implementing sales training programs for branch managers. Vince received his bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is an active member of ASPR.
