Previously, she’s held positions as vice president, director, and manager of professional recruitment for global security and national healthcare companies including Pinkerton, ARV Assisted Living, Kaiser Permanente, Physicians HealthCare Corporation, and CIGNA Healthcare of California. Joan is an active member of ASPR, NAPR, and SRM.
