Located on the Atlantic Ocean in the far northeast corner of Florida, Jacksonville is the 12th largest city in the U.S. based on population, but the largest in land area. It ranks 10th among the fastest growing cities in the country, due to its convenient location, mild climate, reasonable cost of living and high quality of life.

The first settlement in the Jacksonville area, Ossachite, was made more than 6,000 years ago by the Timucua Indians in the vicinity of today's downtown.

    John Geanes' career spans 30 years in healthcare administration and also in business development for companies that sell to or service healthcare organizations. John served as CEO for multi-unit health systems such as South Miami Health System and Shannon Health System, a fully-integrated delivery system in Texas. Most recently he served as vice-president of business development for RMS Services, a specialty contract management firm which transitions healthcare systems from manual, paper-driven records to electronic, paperless programs.  John received his undergraduate education from Elon College in North Carolina, where he received a Bachelor in Business Administration. His hospital administration education was completed at the Duke Endowment Program in Charlotte, N.C. John also studied the British National Health Service at the King’s Fund College of Hospital Administration in London, for Duke University and the South Carolina Hospital Association.

    Terri Poster-Taylor joined IPC in April 2005. She has over 20 years of sales, marketing and administrative experience, with the last 15 years in the healthcare industry. Her experience in healthcare has been in home healthcare, home infusion therapy, wound care, geriatric rehab and cardiovascular services. Terri most recently was the director of operations for a utilization review/case management company that served the self-insured industry.  Terri attended the Boston Conservatory of Music where she was a theatre major, and graduated from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor in General Studies, with a minor in Marketing. She began her studies for a Master of Science in Health-Geriatric Management at the University of North Florida in May 2005.

    Darryle Boyd is the Director of Business Development in the Jacksonville market, joining IPC in May, 2011. Darryle brings over 20 years of healthcare experience with him to including management, business development, marketing and financial analysis. Prior to joining IPC, Darryle has held positions as the Regional Respiratory Specialist for Florida, Georgia and Alabama for a large Durable Medical Equipment Company, Director of Sales for The Florida Center for Sleep Medicine and has been an owner and operator of his own DME in years past. Darryle earned his Degree in Respiratory in 1988 from Flagler College and currently holds licenses to practice in Florida, Georgia and Alabama.

Vince Pope, the Managing Director of Physician Staffing, worked with IPC's Dallas region for three years as Director of Business Development before joining the physician staffing team. Before joining IPC, he spent seven years as a workforce consultant in the staffing industry, with a primary focus of strengthening and developing client relationships by delivering innovative solutions to their staffing challenges. Vince has gained experience with a wide variety of management styles, sales processes and marketing programs throughout his career; his experience includes developing and implementing sales training programs for branch managers. Vince received his bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is an active member of ASPR.
