Isaac Aparicio is a native Texan and a graduate of The University of Texas at San Antonio and has been employed in the healthcare industry since 1995. He started his career in managed care contract analysis and negotiation, first for Victoria Regional Medical Center in Victoria, Texas followed by a similar position at a Gulf Coast Medical Center in Wharton, Texas. In 2001, he moved to Houston and worked at Park Plaza Hospital concentrating on physician recruiting and physician relations. He joined IPC in 2002.
