    Skip Strauchman joined IPC in April 2006 and is responsible for IPC's growth, development and ongoing operations in Michigan and Ohio. Most recently, Skip worked as an independent consultant, involved in strategic initiatives on behalf of both the Karmanos Cancer Institute and St. John's Hospital and Medical Center, both in Detroit. Previously, he served in an administrative capacity for Bon Secours Cottage Health Services in Grosse Pointe and immediately prior served as president and chief executive officer of SinaiCare Physician Hospital Organization in Detroit.  Skip holds a Master of Arts in Business Management from Central Michigan University and a Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University in Rochester. He is a member of both the American Academy of Medical Administrators and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

    Ralph Boyk joined IPC in March 2011 as Director of Business Development of the newly acquired Genesys Hospitalist Group in Grand Blanc, Michigan. Ralph has a BBA from Eastern Michigan University and a Masters of Healthcare Administration from Central Michigan University. Most recently, he owned/worked as a consultant for AccuSource Consulting LLC, specializing in management/operational issues for physician practices. Prior to IPC he held administrative positions at Blue Cross/Blue Shield of Michigan, Henry Ford Health System, Ascension Healthcare Systems, Sisters of Mercy Healthcare System (now called Trinity Healthcare) and Kelly Healthcare services.
