Executive Director Edwin L. Crandell joined IPC in December 1999 and brings with him over 20 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining IPC, Ed was the director of operations for CORDA Medical Care, Inc. and was responsible for the management and operations of several large cardiology practices in the Western United States. From 1993 to 1998, Ed was vice president of Dallas-based EmCare, Inc., and provided physician recruiting, credentialing, scheduling, billing and contract management services for hospital emergency departments in Arizona, California, Mississippi and throughout Texas. While with Houston-based D. Peterson & Associates, Ed provided marketing and strategic planning consulting to hospitals, physicians, and a local hospital council. Ed was selected to represent 105 hospitals in the Houston area to serve as the 1991 Congressional Fellow in Washington D.C. He served as healthcare legislative assistant to a U.S. Senator with seniority on the Senate Labor and Senate Finance Committees. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education from Texas A&M University and a Master in Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston-Clear Lake. -

Adrienne Felise Turner joined IPC in January 2001 with 15 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining IPC, Adrienne was the network account liaison for Gentiva, providing home health care services for CIGNA members. Adrienne has 10 years of managed care, utilization management, sales and marketing experience and is a certified case manager. She developed this expertise while employed by Aetna. Adrienne's clinical experience includes renal transplants, dialysis and emergency room medicine. She obtained her clinical experience while employed at Cedars Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, California. Adrienne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda,California. -

Kim C. Forner joined IPC as Director of Business Development in October 2006 and brings with her 14 years of business development experience. Kim places an emphasis on customer service, while also being versatile and dedicated. Prior to joining the Dallas/Ft. Worth management team, Kim spent 3 years as a business development representative for a large home heath company. Her primary focus was to strengthen and develop client relationships by providing innovating health care solutions for her clients across the Dallas County and Ellis County areas. Kim has gained various business development experiences and knowledge over the years which allows her the ability to be innovative in the fast paced medical environment.

Before joining IPC, he spent seven years as a workforce consultant in the staffing industry, with a primary focus of strengthening and developing client relationships by delivering innovative solutions to their staffing challenges. Vince has gained experience with a wide variety of management styles, sales processes and marketing programs throughout his career; his experience includes developing and implementing sales training programs for branch managers. Vince received his bachelor of science from the University of Wisconsin in Madison. He is an active member of ASPR.
