After over 17 years in hospital administration, Jay Evans returned to San Antonio fifteen years ago and began managing medical group practices. He was the executive director for two large medical groups before starting his own practice management consulting company. Evans has assisted many physicians with practice start-ups, business development, clinic operations, managed care contracting, billing and A/R management. He is an alumnus of Trinity University’s (San Antonio) Batchelor’s Degree Program in Business Administration as well as its Masters Program in Healthcare Administration. -

Delyn Vernon joined IPC- San Antonio/Corpus Christi in September 2005. Delyn brings with her 25 years of healthcare experience. Prior to joining IPC, Delyn worked in both large for profit healthcare systems as the Patient Accounting Director and/or Business Office consultant. As well in not for profit health systems as the Central Business Office Director and Rural health coordinator in West Central Texas. She owned and operated a small physician billing and collection service from 1996-1999. She was a principal partner in starting a healthcare consulting company in 2002.
