Brian Washburn

Director, Practice Management & Business Development

Brian Washburn is the Director of Business Development and Practice Management.  Brian originally joined IPC in 2003.  He has over 15 years of healthcare experience in a variety of settings including behavioral health, sub-acute, LTC, assisted-living, acute care hospitals and physician practices.  Prior to joining IPC, he has held positions as Director of Social Services for a 120 bed LTC & skilled nursing facility, AL and CCRC Marketing Director, and Executive Director for a 120 bed Assisted Living property owned by Marriott Senior Living Services.  Brian manages four practices in the Phoenix area ranging from two providers to thirty providers providing services in 6 different acute and sub-acute care facilities.  Currently one of Brian’s practices is the largest IPC practice nationally consisting of 30 practitioners working on one campus in a unit-base model.  Brian is an active member of ACHE.
