    Executive Director Tony Rino joined IPC in 2012, following his most recent position as Vice President of Physician Services for the Vanguard Health Systems, a national hospital company of 30 facilities. Prior to that position, he was Senior Director for Medical Group Operations at the University of Massachusetts Memorial Medical Center, where he oversaw a multi-specialty group of 700 physicians. Rino has also held management positions at Deaconess-Nashoba Hospital and Milford-Whitinsville Regional Hospital. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Laboratory Sciences from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, and completed his Masters degree in Healthcare Administration at Framingham State University.

    Deirdre Graeme joined IPC in January 2008. Deirdre received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences from Kutztown University in Kutztown, Pennsylvania in January 1990. She also received her Master of Arts in Speech and Language Pathology from the University of Connecticut, in Storrs, Connecticut in 1993. Deirdre has 15 years of clinical management experience, specifically related to acute inpatient rehabilitation which allows for IPC to provide exceptional resources to our partner facilities. Prior to joining IPC, Deirdre was the director of operations for a medical rehabilitation practice of 38+ physicians and mid-level providers. Prior to that, Deirdre spent 12 years at both the regional and facility level as director of clinical services for one of the nation's largest rehabilitation companies.

Gina Mariona, a Director of Physician Staffing, joined IPC in 2013. Prior to joining IPC, Gina was responsible for recruiting physicians for all specialties for Hallmark Health System in Massachusetts. Gina has over 15 years of healthcare recruitment experience. During this time, she also recruited hospitalists and primary care physicians for Vanguard Health System and worked several years recruiting providers for long term care facilities across 8 states. She received her undergraduate degree from Framingham State College and is an active member of ASPR.
