After over 17 years in hospital administration, Jay Evans returned to San Antonio fifteen years ago and began managing medical group practices. He was the executive director for two large medical groups before starting his own practice management consulting company. Evans has assisted many physicians with practice start-ups, business development, clinic operations, managed care contracting, billing and A/R management. He is an alumnus of Trinity University’s (San Antonio) Batchelor’s Degree Program in Business Administration as well as its Masters Program in Healthcare Administration. -

Misty Bray is the Director of Business Development and Practice Management. She originally joined IPC in the Houston market in 2001. Misty has over 7 years of healthcare experience including practice management, business development, marketing, provider relations and financial analysis. Prior to joining IPC, Misty held positions as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative for a large Pharmaceutical Company and Product Manager for a surgical implant company. Misty earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
