Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants have been an integral part of the IPC hospitalist practice groups for many years. With over 100 NPPs currently on staff and growing, IPC is experienced in integrating their unique skills into hospitalist practice groups to maximize their contributions to the practice as well as the patients they serve. IPC promotes an environment of partnership and teamwork between the hospitalists and NPPs through regular communication and participation as true members of the practice group. Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners are highly valued by the IPC physicians for the extra level of quality care they can provide to their patients and will surely play a larger role in the company’s clinical practices in the future.
